Sweet and smokey with a silky mouthfeel.

Ingredients

-50ml Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Whiskey
-20ml Lemon juice
-Dash orange bitters
-Heaped Teaspoon of Apricot jam

Method

Step 1. Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker
Step 2. Shake vigorously with ice
Step 3. Pour into rocks glass with ice
Step 4. Garnish with slices Apricot
