A modern classic, sweet and spicy to celebrate the complexity of our whiskey.

Ingredients

- 50ml of Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Whiskey
- 20ml lemon juice
- 3cm piece of fresh ginger, chopped finely
- 20ml honey

Method

Step 1. Take a rocks glass and muddle together the whiskey, honey and chopped ginger
Step 2. Half fill the glass with ice
Step 3. Top with lemon juice and stir well
Step 4. Garnish with ginger and serve
