Our version of a Whiskey Sour, effective and classic.

Ingredients

- 50 ml Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Whiskey
- 35ml lemon juice
- 25ml honeycomb simple syrup
- 1 small egg white
- ice

Method

Step 1. Add all ingredients, without ice, to a shaker/protein shaker
Step 2. Shake hard for 30 seconds
Step 3. Add ice, and shake again for 30 seconds and strain into a rocks glass
Step 4. Garnish with honeycomb crumbles on top
