Ingredients

- 50 ml Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Whiskey
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 3 dashes Orange Bitters
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 extra large ice cube
- charred orange peel to garnish

Method

Step 1. Combine ingredients in a rocks glass over the large ice cube
Step 2. Stir with a bar spoon for 1 minute
Step 3. Garnish and serve
