Ingredients & Steps to prepare:

- Start with a palm's worth of chopped ginger.
- Add this to your rocks glass
- Then, add 20ml honey, muddle with the ginger & fill half of your glass with ice.

- Add 50ml of Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Whiskey & 20ml lemon juice
- Stir everything and finally, garnish with ginger to create your Penicillin cocktail.
