a. Any use of this website by you is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the accompanying Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at anytime in our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to apprise yourself of the current Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in force. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy become effective upon posting.
b. Material on this website is protected by copyright and other law and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of the copyright owner.
c. All trademarks on this site are property of Titanic Distillers.
d. Material on this site is provided for lawful purposes only.
e. Titanic Distillers is not liable for any damages, harm, or injury that relate to, arise out of, or result from the use of, or access to, or the inability to use, any of the material on this site. The materials on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
f. We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to this website at any time if we believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions. Any such restriction, suspension or termination will be without prejudice to any rights which we may have against you in respect of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
g. We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and require that the people who use the website do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please forward the following information to the Solicitor named below: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; A description of the alleged infringing activity and where the alleged infringing material is located; A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by you, the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; and A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
h. PURCHASING TICKETS
These terms set out the basis on which you can purchase tickets for your visit to the Titanic Distillers at Thompson Dock.
The management always reserves the right to refuse admission.
By purchasing tickets for Titanic Distillers at Thompson Dock you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by and subject to the following Terms and Conditions and have read and agree to the use of the information you provide us with.
Requests for rescheduling are at the absolute discretion of the Titanic Distillers and subject to availability. Please email us at bookings@titanicdistillers.com to process your request.
All prices are quoted in Sterling. Whilst we reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices at any time before you book, once your booking is confirmed the price of your booking as stated in the confirmation email will not be altered.
Once your tickets have been purchased, the ticket is non-changeable and non-refundable except at the absolute discretion of the Titanic Distillers.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Titanic Distillers at Thompson Dock and all of its tours & facilities are open for use by visitors during normal opening hours. However, Titanic Distillers reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, whether for safety reasons or otherwise and with or without prior notice to close the Titanic Distillers at Thompson Dock or any part of it. In the event of such closure, the Titanic Distillers will reschedule or refund any visitor the cost of their prepaid ticket.
Otherwise, the Titanic Distillers shall have no liability whatsoever, including no liability for travel expenses or any other out of pocket expenses in respect of closure of part or all of Titanic Distillers at Thompson Dock.
Only food and beverage purchased from Titanic Distillers may be consumed on our site.
Titanic Distillers at Thompson Dock is suitable for visitors under 18 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above whilst visiting Titanic Distillers at Thompson Dock. Children under the age of 18 are permitted to visit the site where alcoholic beverages will be available but they will not be served alcohol and/or allowed to consume alcohol.
Pets or animals (with the exception of guide dogs and hearing dogs) are expressly prohibited within the Distillery.
Where a group booking is made for students, all attendees must be over the age of 18 and Titanic Distillers has the right to refuse bookings where not all students are aged over 18. All such groups will be asked to present photographic ID upon arrival.
Titanic Distillers operates a "Challenge 25" policy whereby we will ask for identification from anyone who appeared to be under the age of 25. If a customer cannot provide valid identification proving they were 18 or older, the sale of alcohol or admission on a Distillery Tour will be refused. This policy aimed to prevent underage alcohol sales and consumption.
i. VISITOR CONDUCT
Titanic Distillers reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry to or remove from its premises or the vicinity any person who: -
- Has been convicted of a criminal offence, which, in the opinion of the Titanic Distillers is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors;
- Is behaving in a manner, which, in the opinion of Titanic Distillers has, or is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors, cause annoyance to other visitors, behaving in such a way as to cause danger or distress to others or damage the property;
- Has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace;
Is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances;
In addition to the foregoing, where a person has caused damage, he/she must meet any expenses incurred as a result of such behaviour;
All persons taking part in at tour at Titanic Distillers must pay for admission. Tickets must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by any employee or agent of the Titanic Distillers.
Any person attempting to gain entry to a tour without a valid ticket shall be asked to leave;
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within Titanic Distillers at Thompson Dock;
Titanic Distillers reserves the right to prosecute any persons found damaging or defacing any part of the premises.
Do not leave items/bags unattended at any time.
Prohibited Items:
All weapons, including: firearms, knives, machetes and flick knives, any items deemed dangerous, any dual-use items that could be dangerous. Pepper spray is considered a fire arm in Northern Ireland and it is therefore illegal to have in your possession.
All such items, if found on a person, they will be asked to leave and the police will be called.
Scissors, sharp instruments and tools are also prohibited.
Large packages, suitcases, and other large parcels are not permitted on tours.
Full head coverings such as motorbike helmets or costumes that completely cover the head are not permitted. Only face coverings that cover the nose and mouth area are permitted.
j. FILMING
From time-to-time Titanic Distillers or other authorised third parties may carry out photography or other recording at the venue and any images or recordings may feature visitors. Visitors consent to the use of such images by Titanic Distillers in connection with advertising, promotions or monitoring and acknowledge that the copyright in such images rest with Titanic Distillers and/or any authorised third party.
