The story goes that visiting sailors introduced vodka to the shipyard dockers. Being hospitable people, we welcomed their customs and traditions. Kindred in spirit, we now distil using the finest sugar beet and the purest Irish spring water.
Try it neat, in a cocktail or with your favourite mixer. Like the locals, it gets on well with everything. A measure of the city.
